Feeding & Suitability

Suitable for: adult dogs requiring a renal-support diet.

Not suitable for: puppies, pregnant or lactating bitches, and dogs with liver insufficiency linked to impaired bile secretion, pancreatitis or hyperlipidaemia.

Feeding duration guidance includes an initial period of up to 6 months for chronic renal failure, 2 to 4 weeks for transient renal insufficiency, and up to 6 months for helping to reduce oxalate stone formation. Seek veterinary advice before starting and for ongoing monitoring.
